Surrealism

These first two pictures i tried to capture love from like a lost perspective. i used my boyfriend and my best friend for these pics. i love it and how it turned out i did not like however how her hands and her one arm are so bright. but other wise i really like how this turned out.

This second picture i used two diffterent images one of just luke and one of just savannah. i then put them together and played with different effects.Wednesday, January 6, 2010
Andy Goldsworthy
For this picture i dug into my rock collection and then aligned them acording to color and design.
We always have little competiotions around christmas to see who can come up with the most creative design in out hot cocoas or lattes or whatever we a re drinking.
For this picture it didnt turn out as well as i planned but what i did was went out onto my ice and shoveled a fresh path kinda mimiking andy goldsworthy's style but it didnt show up enough so i took pitchers of water and went along the math to lighten or darken the path. this took like two hours i was so cold after!

Abstract Photos

My first picture is of my little sister in tights. it may not be much but i like how simple it is. it really shows contrast between the green wall in my room that i edited with photo shop and Natalie's black tights. it also uses line and unity.

My second and third picture i decided to walk down the road to the train stop and take pictures of the graffiti on the cars. I like how they show lines, different variations of colors and you can also see the texture in the bolts and the paint drips with in the pictures.
My last picture i took fake daisy thingy and planted it into the snow right next to this huge pine tree. i wanted to take a farther away approch for abstract but quite honestly i dont think it turned out very abstract if you ask me.

My last picture i took a fake daisy thingy and planted it right into the snow next to this huge pine tree. i wanted to take a farther away approach but if you ask me honestly it doesnt look very abstract. i do like how the yellow in the pedals really brought out the green of the pine that was underneath the heavy blanket of snow.
